Palmer St is the final stage of residential development, Jaques Richmond. Designed by renowned Australian architects Fender Katsalidis, the 6 Level building is comprised of 55 grand-scale residences. The residences are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with premium specifications aimed at owner occupiers looking to upgrade their lifestyles or downsize from their family home. With this in mind, significant detail has been worked into the design to create homes rather than typical apartment living. The residences feature fully imported Italian kitchens and robes, high-end German engineered Gaggenau appliances and European integrated fridges plus Eurocave wine fridges, Grohe tapware and bathroom fittings. Palmer St was completed in January 2017. It complements the first stage of Jaques, completed in 2013 and stage two, completed in October 2016.
