Constructed in 1977, 111 Macquarie Street is an A-grade 10-storey office tower, comprising two basement storage levels and nine upper levels.
Located in the heart of the financial precinct, the former Reserve Bank Building is one of Hobart’s architectural landmarks, offering views of both Mount Wellington and the waterfront. Since purchasing the site in 2001, Riverlee has undertaken significant internal and external refurbishments. The building was awarded the ‘Enduring Architecture Award’ at the 2012 Tasmanian Architecture Awards.
Key tenants include Marsh Insurance, ME Bank, Shadforth Financial, the Bureau of Meteorology and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
