Formerly a Dimmey’s store, the 1,541sqm site sits at the heart of Frankston’s Metropolitan Activity Centre.  Purchased in 2009, the previous building was demolished in 2012 and converted into a commercial carpark.   This is a future redevelopment site for Riverlee.
