The former Glen Waverley school site was converted into a 29 lot housing development to meet the growing need for suitable family housing in a well established area near transport and shopping facilities.

The project features separate entries for each property and beautifully landscaped gardens and streetscapes.

The site was purchased in 1993 and completed in 1995.
