Meet the design team upholding Riverlee's visionary philosophy

Riverlee was conceived out of a desire to create people-centric places and deliver visionary, design-focused projects across various sectors. As Riverlee expands, a dedicated design team ensures this commitment endures.

The key role of the design team is the preserve the design philosophy and legacy established by Riverlee founder, Clement Lee. They bridge the gap between the two arms of the business – development and asset management – sharing knowledge to create and enhance the unique Riverlee design experience.

Only one unit remaining

Ushering in a new era for architecturally-designed industrial workspaces, both stages at Belrose are now complete. Located in Cheltenham the well designed spaces feature touchpoints grounded in flexibility, sustainability and wellness.

Blending seamlessly, the two stages comprise a total of 54 units spanning office, warehouse-style showrooms, hybrid office-warehouse workplaces, a cafe and a bookable boardroom. SDA led the design of the project’s South stage, whilst DKO undertook the architecture of the North stage along with the interior design across both stages.

One generously sized light-filled office suite in Belrose North is still available.
