Originally built in 1967, the 20-level commercial office building has a total net lettable area of over 10,000sqm and occupies the south-eastern corner of Collins and Queen Streets in Melbourne’s central business district.
The property is home to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, who hold signage rights on the building, as well as Riverlee’s head office. Acquired in 2000, the property was extensively upgraded and refurbished, including a new ground floor entry, additional retail tenancies and sustainability enhancements. Works were completed in 2007.
