The next iteration of the Jetty Road Urban Growth Plan, Drysdale, will see the creation of 400 new residential lots to support the development of the growing Bellarine Peninsula community.

Working with the City of Greater Geelong in partnership with adjoining landowners Stockland and ADP Projects, the rezoning and subsequent development of Drysdale will increase local supply of diverse and affordable housing options surrounded by green open space, with the natural beauty and amenity of the region at its doorstep.
