484 Swan Street is strategically located adjacent to Burnley Station and will be Richmond’s newest and most-connected workplace. In partnership with Bamfa Properties, the site is earmarked for redevelopment in 2020 and set to deliver the next evolution of commercial office workspace.

The 14-story PCA A-Grade building has been designed by Techne Architecture + Design to achieve 5-star Green Star, 5 NABERS energy, and WELL GOLD ratings.

The commercial tower will include over 17,500 square metres of lettable area, featuring column-free floorplates, co-working facilities, presentation zones, green terraces, a subterranean tenant lounge, an end of trip facility and a communal rooftop terrace. Whilst a newly created, retail-activated laneway will form a pedestrian link connecting Burnley Station and Swan Street.  

The site was acquired by Riverlee over two transactions in 2003 and 2016.
