The former Melbourne Convention Centre site sits on the prime corner of Flinders and Spencer Street on the south west fringe of Melbourne’s CBD. With a corner frontage of over 20 meters, the site is uniquely serviced by all forms of transport and arterial road connections.
The site was acquired from the State Government of Victoria in joint venture with Eureka Funds Management in 2010, and was sold in 2016 with planning approval for three residential towers comprising 1,060 apartments, 451 car bays and associated retail.
